pH-neutral liquid cleaners leave an invisible, sticky residue that holds scuffs and germs and makes floors slippery. Dry burnishing breaks that residue down and sends the particles into the air, where they land on desks, fixtures, patients and equipment. SIMIX leaves floors squeaky clean.
Floors coated and cleaned with SIMIX stay cleaner longer than floors with regular acrylic finish, so you clean less often and save time and money. In grocery, retail and restaurant locations, cleaner floors bring customers back.

SIMIX Ceramic Clearcoat is rated high traction under the ANSI Dynamic Coefficient of Friction test, measured with a tribometer on a wet surface. Ratings above 0.42 are safer for students, staff and visitors.
SIMIX Multi-Surface Peroxide Cleaner & Degreaser
SIMIX Multi-Surface Peroxide Cleaner & Degreaser is a powder that dissolves easily in water. It is non-toxic, has no VOCs, is safe for people, pets and plants, and is hypoallergenic — it does not irritate skin or lungs.
Cleaner and Clearcoat both hold a permanent, safe, high pH (11.4 and 12.3) that is hostile to mold and bacteria, and both contain SPOT-ON™ titanium dioxide, which works with indoor lighting to keep the surface clean.
