A 2-step system that protects surfaces
Most facilities face problems – dirty equipment, a greasy floor, bathroom odors. They clean with a liquid cleaner that creates a sticky surface that attracts more dirt. SIMIX combines their peroxide cleaner with a permanent ceramic clearcoat so the surface stays cleaner longer and is protected against salt corrosion, helps prevent stains and acid damage.
The same chemistry — SPOT-ON™ photocatalytic titanium dioxide on a high-pH, silica-based surface — runs across every application, from HVAC coils to polished concrete to solar glass.
